Membership Rules:

Austral Soccer Club reserves the right to refuse membership and/or registrations due to false information, sport's service record and/or sport's financial record.

Austral Soccer Club has the right to select, move and/or nominate members for teams to continue the viability of nominated Club teams in the Southern District Soccer Football Association for 2024. All registrations are pending team nominations only and the Club has the final choice of team placement.y

Code of Conduct:
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values of sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for fellow members, coaches, referees, opponents, and park facilities.

Any behaviour deemed unacceptable, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, abusive language, physical violence, or disruptive behaviour, may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of membership.

Player Registration Packages include:-

Membership to Austral Soccer Club, Southern Districts Soccer Football Association (SDSFA) Identification membership, Football NSW insurance, FFA membership and all Referee Fees. As well as 1 set of full players uniform including jersey, shorts and socks.

Membership Fees and Terms and Conditions:

Registrarion payments can only be made through PLAYFOOTBAL https://www.playfootball.com.au/
For other payments, pending members must contact the Club Executive Committee regarding alternative payment methods:
The Club's preferred registration payments include Credit Card, EFTPOS and Direct Deposit. Cash can only be made on days that the Treasurer is on site.
No registration will be approved and completed until full payment is received through PLAYFOOTBALL.
All payments must be received by 29 February or within 3 weeks from your application. All late payments will incur a late fee as per Club Constitution and By-Laws.
All outstanding balances will be forwarded directly to a Debt Collector of the clubs choice for all balances outstanding over 90 days.

Active Kids Voucher:
Where applicable, the active kids voucher value will be deducted from the full registration fee for that age group. Have your active kids voucher number when completing your registration on Playfootball, otherwise this can delay the approval process and the player may miss the start of the season.
If player membership is to be transferred to another club or declined by the club, the Active Kids Voucher will only be transferred to another club/provider upon an invoice being received by the other club/provider, not redeemed for cash or discount towards another player.

Refunds:
Austral Sports Club will refund any paid membership if a placement for the member is not available within the Club for the 2024 season. Full refunds will only be able on registration fees. Products (equipment or uniforms) that have been used by a member cannot be refunded. All other refunds will be at the discretion of the President of Austral Soccer Club.

Training Sessions and Matches:
Scheduled training sessions, matches, tournaments, and other events will be communicated in advance through official club channels. Members are expected to attend and actively participate in training sessions and matches. Punctuality and commitment to team activities are crucial for the club's success.

Facilities Usage:
Responsible usage of park facilities is mandatory. Members must adhere to all rules and regulations set by the park authorities. Any deliberate damage caused to the facilities due to negligence or misconduct will result in the responsible individual(s) being liable for repair or replacement costs.

Communication and Privacy:
The club will communicate official announcements, schedules, and updates primarily through social media platforms and/or Teamapp & Dribl.

Members' personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law (Refer to Privacy Policy)

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
The club reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination of Membership:
Membership may be terminated at the discretion of the club's management for violations of these terms and conditions or for behaviour deemed detrimental to the club's values, reputation, or the well-being of its members.

Agreement:
By becoming a member of Austral Soccer Club, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
